Hello and welcome. This site is devoted to Software Defined Radio and our particular interest is in the design of the radio hardware that we might use with our softwares. Associated with this site is our study and research group forum at Yahoo Groups known as Software_Defined_Radio_USA where we hash out circuit ideas and concepts and look over potential projects. This sites owner is also involved in the design of QSD Board Kits and other items for the hardware aspects of SDR. As we progress in our developments we will be adding those hardware items here for your procurement.

What we are about:

The development of this site over time has resulted in it becoming a learning center to house relative topics associated with Software Defined Radio circuits and how they work. Actually they are fairly simple circuits and are not all that technical. Perhaps the most technical thing about them is the method and circuit used for internal signal generation. Referring to Direct Digital Synthesis or the DDS method.

Technical information about the hardware and other related factors is actually sparse and hard to find here on the Internet but we here at SDR USA know where to look and have been around the SDR hobby circuit awhile now. So we find the info and make it available to you and thus aid you in getting into this innovative new technology. And without spending an arm and a leg to do so.
